Contact form data

When you submit the contact form, TheLoomLabs collects the details you provide: name, organisation, email address, service needed, current environment, timeline, and message.

Purpose and retention

The data is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible consulting work. Enquiries are retained only as long as needed for correspondence, business records, or legal obligations.

Spam protection and email providers

Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to reduce spam and verify that a submission is legitimate. Email delivery may use a configured transactional email provider such as Resend, Postmark, SendGrid, Mailgun, or another provider set in deployment.
